Hey Everyone!

Although I've had this Blogger thing for a while, I've never had enough time to continually write in it (or maybe I just didn't have anything to talk about). As you may know, I'll be moving to Los Angeles on August 1st, two thousand and four, and hopefully this site can be a good way of keeping you all updated on my life and what's new.
For instance, this morning I got my wisdom teeth pulled. Four of them. It was crazy. I was all freaked out about them accidentally pushing a plunger in too far and killing me, or slipping with a scalpel and taking my nose off instead, but none of this happened. In fact, I'm doing quite well, better than I anticipated. My only gripe is that they gave me these pain pills that are like 98% Tylenol and 2% Vicodin. Maybe I'll be a trooper like Jen and not take any pain pills, ever. (I might regret this tomorrow however, when I wake up with a searing headache and a pillow covered in bloody drool. haha, yum.)
Oh, and the anesthesia part was pretty intense. I sat down and started talking a lot because I was nervous, and they put the IV in my arm. In literally 3 seconds, my vision was trying to catch up with itself. I now have a deep empathy for all date rape drug victims. (note: most of my pain, however, is centralized in my mouth)  Anyway, five seconds after that, I was up and stumbling around the recovery room like a priest on a slow communion day. Good stuff. At least I didn't wake up crying like this other lady had warned me. But I think she had her own issues to work out.

Ciao,
